Working Principle
The oil-free scroll vacuum pump consists of a pump head, a motor, a frame, etc. The pump head includes movable and fixed scrolls, crankshafts, seals, fans and pump casings.
The scroll is composed of a circular plane and one or several involute spiral walls protruding from it. The scroll is composed of a fixed scroll and a movable scroll. The scroll constitutes the basic pumping mechanism of the oil-free scroll vacuum pump.
During the working process, the moving and fixed scrolls have no contact, and rely on relative motion to form a crescent-shaped compression chamber whose volume is continuously reduced,
then through the cycle of suction, compression and exhaust, the gas is sucked from the suction port and discharged from the exhaust port to realize the vacuuming of the pumped chamber.
