Working Principle
 
The two-stage rotary vane pump consists of two compression chambers. The two chambers are connected in series before and
after, and rotate in the same direction at the same speed, which is equivalent to two single-stage pumps in series and eventually
improves the compression ratio and reaches a higher vacuum than the single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump.
